WHAT WE BUILD

Five flavors of dimensional letters. The right material for the install.

Dimensional letters live on the wall for decades. The material decides whether they still look right in year 20 or whether they’ve faded, oxidized, or cracked. We pick the substrate that fits the building, the budget, and the lifespan — and we don’t pretend every job needs cast bronze when flat cut aluminum will do.

Flat Cut Metal

Cut aluminum, stainless steel, or brass — powder coated whenever the color allows, because powder coat is a baked-on finish that holds up in Colorado UV the way paint never will. When the spec calls for a color outside the powder-coat range, we finish in PPG automotive-grade paint — the same coating we use on our electric signs.

Cast Metal

Aluminum or zinc poured into a sand or investment mold — solid, heavy, dimensional. The premium look when flat-cut won’t carry enough weight. Cast in-house when scale permits.

Flat Cut Acrylic

Color-through acrylic, flame-polished edges, cut to your logo or letterforms. Interior or protected exterior. The clean, modern look for tech companies, medical buildings, and brand-conscious tenants.

Flat Cut PVC

Closed-cell PVC, painted to spec. Lower cost than metal or acrylic, lighter weight, easier to install on irregular surfaces. Interior applications and protected exterior. Specified by architects often enough that we keep it in the catalog — and when it’s right for your install, we’ll tell you.

Cast bronze with raised lettering and graphics — the gold standard for memorial, dedicatory, and historical signage. We source these from a national specialist whose work hangs at 9/11 memorials, state courthouses, and city halls. The result matters more than the margin.
